Juanita Gibney has been a member of the BCHA East Valley Chapter for the past two years, and is also a member of Back Country Horsemen of BC Okanagan Chapter. Home is in Southern British Columbia and, like so many of us, spends her winters down here in AZ riding trails, and is an avid back country rider and packer. She’s a retired graphic designer and former newspaper publisher, and looks forward to helping the chapter with the newsletter.
